His main work was doing Program and Project management and in this time he has not only learned how to work with other cultures, but also has seen who projects can be successfully implemented. This has lead to a practical Project Management Methodology that can be used in various types of Projects. This Methodology was originally created for IBM in between 1980 and 1990 and although it was a good Methodology, it was replaced by another Methodology. It then was acquired and adapted by Rudy Vriendts and is changed into a practical and easy to use Methodology.
