GXT Gimbal Tri-Pod equipement
We were introduced in the NDT world in 2006/2007, in that period I was involved in the development of equipement that was used in the making of Radiographic pictures used in the oil/gas and chemical industry.
In that period we have successful introduced the equipment at various sites in Europe.But time change and now the it is time to make an upgrade of that equipment. Due to new technology, we are currently able to improve the equipement to the existing new technology.
In 2006/2007 the equipment was only suitable to heights of around 9 meters, due to new material and new development it is currently possible to extend that height to 20 meters and even more if needed.
The equipment is now also equipped with a Gimbal that will balance the X-ray tube and makes it possible to make photo's even on difficult grounds where that is not levelled. W can also use the equipement for other purposes like photographic inspections on heights without using scaffolding.
Principle of the equipment is that we can make Radiographic pictures on heights up to 20 meters without using a scaffold meaning that we are able to decrease not only the time but also the cost of building a scaffold.
This equipment will decrease the maintenance cost in situations where you need to make Radiographic pictures.
